1. Acceptance of Terms

You may fund your vip778 account using GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.), or other payment methods accepted by vip778. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed upon request, subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.4 Fees & Charges

vip778 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your transactions.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits and withdrawals using different payment methods may be subject to additional scrutiny.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by sending a formal complaint to our designated email address. We will investigate all complaints and respond within 14 business days.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
